– Custom embroidery, sublimation, and handmade products may require up to 5-10 business days.

Tracking:

If available, we will send you a tracking number via email, so you can track your package online.

Shipping Multiple Orders:

Orders placed on the same day cannot be combined for shipping.

Shipping to Multiple Locations:

We are unable to split an order to ship to multiple addresses. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Address Changes:

Address modifications cannot be made once an order has been processed within 4 hours. If you need to change the address, please contact us at [email protected] within this 4-hour window.
